On 28th October 2009, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) granted a petition of «FKT Holding HmbH» for purchasing interest in «FUZO Kamaz Tracks Rus» Ltd. (100% of its authorized capital).
FAS Russia considered the petition and concluded that the transaction would not result in restricting competition.
«We welcome the decision on creating a new company on the market, which will manufacture light commercial vehicles. It will intensify competition on the market», believes Alexey Ulyanov, the Head of the FAS Russia's Department for Industry Control.
